The Danfoss OMM 12.5 orbital motor (part number 151G0004) is a low-speed, high-torque gerotor motor from the Danfoss O-Series, with a displacement of 12.5 cm³/rev and side ported connections. Side porting routes hoses out of the motor body rather than the end cover, which is what you need when there is no clearance behind the motor.
Mounting and shaft
A 3-bolt round mounting flange with a 31,5 mm pilot on a 45 mm bolt circle and M6 threads, so it drops into existing OMM installations. The output shaft is a straight 16 mm diameter with an M6 tap and an A5 x 5 x 16 mm key to DIN 6885.
Porting
Work ports are G 3/8 BSP, side ported and aligned, with a G 1/8 drain port in the end cover. An integral check valve is fitted as standard.
Construction and sealing
Journal bearings front and rear, a standard gear wheel set, standard dust seal and an NBR shaft seal. The matching service kit is seal kit 151G0202, common across the OMM range on this design number.

Selecting the right OMM
The OMM family shares mounting, shaft and porting across displacements, so sizing usually comes down to matching displacement to the torque and speed you need. Work it out with our hydraulic calculator, browse the full orbital motors and steering range, or ask an EMPH engineer to confirm the part for your machine.
