The Danfoss OMM 32 orbital motor (part number 151G0003) is a compact low-speed, high-torque gerotor motor from the Danfoss O-Series. With a displacement of 32 cm³/rev and a 13.5 mm gerotor width, it suits applications where a small package has to deliver usable torque at low shaft speeds — conveyors, augers, small winches, agricultural attachments and auxiliary drives on mobile equipment.
Mounting and shaft
The motor uses a 3-bolt round mounting flange with a 31,5 mm pilot diameter on a 45 mm bolt circle and M6 threads, making it a straightforward fit into existing OMM installations. The output shaft is a straight 16 mm diameter with an M6 tap and an A5 x 5 x 16 mm key to DIN 6885, so standard couplings, sprockets and pulleys fit without modification.
Porting
Work ports are G 3/8 BSP, end ported and aligned, which keeps plumbing tidy where side clearance is limited. A G 1/8 drain port is provided in the end cover. An integral check valve is fitted as standard.
Construction and sealing
Journal bearings are used front and rear, with a standard gear wheel set and a standard dust seal. The shaft seal is NBR. The matching service kit is seal kit 151G0202, which covers the full OMM range on this design number.
Selecting the right OMM
The OMM family shares mounting, shaft and porting across displacements, so sizing is usually a matter of matching displacement to the torque and speed you need. If you are working out flow, speed or torque for your application, our hydraulic calculator will size it for you, or browse the full orbital motors and steering range.
