The Danfoss OMPX 80 orbital motor (part number 11186721) is a low-speed, high-torque gerotor motor from the Danfoss O-Series OMP X range, with a displacement of 80 cm³/rev. The X design carries a high-pressure HNBR shaft seal with an integrated dust seal, making it the more robust choice for contaminated or high-duty installations.
Mounting and shaft
A 2-bolt A-type mounting flange with an 82,5 mm pilot on a 106,4 mm bolt circle. The output shaft is a straight 25 mm diameter with an M8 tap and an A8 x 7 x 32 mm key to DIN 6885.
Porting
Work ports are G 1/2 BSP, side ported through an offset manifold with 4 x M8 fixings, and a G 1/4 drain port in the end cover. An integral check valve is fitted as standard.
Construction and sealing
Journal bearings front and rear with a standard gear wheel set. The dust seal is integrated into the shaft seal. Gerotor width is 10.8 mm. The matching service kit is seal kit 11188319.
